These days, more people are accessing emails on their mobile devices. That means your company needs to craft email messages with this audience in mind. But how?
One tactic is to try to make this audience your top priority instead of waiting until later and sending them emails intended for other devices. Writing for Forbes, Drew Hendricks says that emails should be made specifically for mobile users, instead of older strategies that sent regular emails out first.
“Software can help you control the layout of your email, making sure your text and images fit within the space of the user’s screen,” he writes.
